Welcome to my Hotlegs Workout! In the next hour I'm going to teach you all you need to know about how to get into great shape and stay that way. The routine is an aerobic cross-training circuit with interval training levels for any age and any fitness level. Split into easy to follow sections the workout features a range of different exercises for the whole body including high and low impact aerobic exercise boxing dance yoga pilates and floor work. You will benefit from improved muscle strength flexibility muscle tone posture and of course the feel good factor! The routine is 60 minutes long and you should try to complete the programme 3 times a week and I promise you will see great results fast! Let's do it!
